Shipping & Returns Policy
This website (“Site”) is owned by Natural Beauty Products, Inc. DBA "Decca Plus". Throughout the Site, the terms "we," "us," "our," and “shipper” refers to Decca Plus. The terms “you,” “customer” and “receiver” refer to any and all visitors, users or buyers of the Site.
These Terms and Conditions apply to all visitors, users and buyers of the Site.

Shipping
​
All orders are processed within 7 business days of receipt in order of which they are received. The timeframe in which an order is shipped depends on volume and daily order demands. High volume of orders may delay shipping time. Same day shipping is not guaranteed unless the shipping service is paid and requested.

Orders are not shipped on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.

Orders placed using “Standard shipping without Signature” gives the Carrier (UPS, USPS, FedEx) permission to leave the package at a location they deem safe (door, back porch etc.) without obtaining a signature that the package has been delivered. The Carrier may also use discretion on whether or not a package is left depending on the surroundings. At that time, attempt to deliver will made the following day(s). Decca Plus is not responsible if the package is lost or stolen if this service is chosen.

Once a label has been created in preparation to ship, our shipping dept. will notify the customer via email (provided with the order placed) and text message to alert the customer that the package is on the way. This alert sent both via email and text will include the name of the carrier used to ship the package and the tracking number. We advise the customer to check the tracking number, as this will show the address to which the package will be delivered. This will aid us in making any necessary corrections if there is an error with the address or delivery type prior to shipment pickup. If there is an error in shipping on our part, Decca Plus will take proper measures to rectify the situation.

Our shipping department takes great care in processing and packing your order. Once your order has been received, please check the enclosed packing slip against the actual shipment. The customer must report any discrepancies or damage within five business days after you have received your order. Discrepancies reported after five days will not guarantee a resolve (refund, reimbursement, exchange) and will result in a resolution at our sole discretion.

Damage
​
If damage has occurred to your product, a claim must be filed with the Carrier (UPS, USPS, FedEx) for reimbursement. In order to file a claim, the customer must first notify us of the damage immediately. We will then do our best to file a claim with the carrier expediently. The
carrier may need to speak to the customer regarding the claim in order to process it and may call using the number provided on the order or obtained from the shipper. The customer must keep the box that the order was packed in and take a picture of the damage to submit for a valid claim. If the carrier’s requirements are not met, reimbursement or refunds are not considered.

Reimbursement for a claim from the carrier may take 30-60 days.

Return Policy
​
We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied you may call to obtain an approval to return your items for a refund minus 30% for the purchased products only. All shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. Shipping costs will not be refunded.

Return Process
​
To return a product, please call us at 888-937-5159. We will need your order number and reason for the return in order to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving an RMA number, make sure it is written on the outside of the box before returning.

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return in case of loss by the carrier. We are not responsible for any package lost during the return shipment process. Packages not received back will not be refunded.
​
Items sent back to us without prior authorization may not be refunded.

Refunds
​
After we receive your return, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least 3 days from the receipt of your item(s) to process your return or exchange. Once the refund has been processed, it may take 2-3 days to appear on your credit card statement. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
